To the left is the infamous kangaroo burger and here is the recipe. There were many reviews on the burger and many people were not disappointed at all with it. According to reviews kangaroo meat is slightly sweeter than regular meat, the burgers are alot more moist than regular hamburgers. They also had mentioned that they are similar to Persian meat patties and have alot of flavor. They preferred to give it more of an American twist next time to change it up a little bit. Not very many people in the United States even eat Kangaroo and they happened to sell it Jungle Jim's market in Cincinnati, OH. Some of the questions I have are, what is the texture like of the meat, does it have a gamy flavor. While watching food network not too long ago they had mentioned to marinate gamy meat in Coca Cola to get rid of the gamy flavor in the meat.
